Refund policy

Every Deepcut Designs product is made especially for you when you order. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing or colour preference, so please check sizes and product details before ordering.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or never arrives, message us within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll sort a free replacement or a full refund straight away, with no need to send anything back.
